The app that rates and reviews customers!
It just doesn’t seem fair that in the service industry it’s the customer who gets to do all the ranting and raving, when we all know that they are NOT always right. Now it’s your turn to write back with the The Help, a place where employees and fellow patrons can post anonymous reviews and photos of customers.
It’s an easy process. Log onto the app, check into “places around me,” and write a review on a customer you are observing. If a user profile exists for the person, go ahead and tag them. If no user name exists, create a hashtag, and maybe even add a photo!
We know that not all customers are wrong. The Help gives businesses the opportunity to thank good patrons with a star system. By rewarding customers with a 5 star reviews, businesses can offer special incentives or discounts based on the customer star rating.
